Once upon a time there was a little girl named Madison.  She liked to stamp with her grand-mother whom she called Mima.  Today Madison is the guest stamping artist on my blog.  Here is her process for stamping!

What Should I Make
First comes the hardest part, coming up with the idea.

Decisions are Mind Boggling
Decisions are mind boggling when it comes to stamping.  Let's face it there are so many choices!

Today I have an adoarable Easter Bunny box to share with you.  The original design comes form Kirsty Brown from Australia.  She is one of the designers at the Ustamp Spring Soiree, and her box is too cute for words!

Isn't he just so fun?  You can guess who's going to end up with this can't you?  It's the perfect size to put a nice little choclate Easter Bunny inside of him.  Her original box was done with Chocolate Chip and Creamy Caramel with the pink accents.  I decided to switch mine up and make it gray.  Eitehr way it sure is adorable and I had so much fun re-creating it!

I made 11 of these cards for a swap I'm doing with other Canadians who belong to U Stamp with Dawn & Friends, Love 2010.  I wanted to do something with the treat cup and this is what I came up with.  Back to one of my old faithful color palettes of Whisper White, Real Red, and Basic Black.

To create this card I cut a piece of Real Red Textured cardstock and scored it at 5 - 1/2", 9",10" and 11".  The last three scores form the pocket and the little band that the ribbon is attached to.  That way the ribbon is completely concealed on the inside of the card within a fold of cardstock.  This makes it easier if you would like to put something in the pocket/

All the images were stamped using the Sweetheart Stamp Set which is made to co-ordinate with the Full Heart Punch and the Heart Treat Cups.  The hearts in the pocket were also punched out using the Full Heart Punch.  I filled the little cup with Cinnamon Hearts which look so cute!

I love using the cups because they are so easy, with there peel and stick construction.  Be sure to ask me to demo one for you when you drop in for a class.

Today's post is a tin I made using the Season of Friendship Stamp Set, the Pink Flamingo Designer Paper, Teeny Tiny Wishes Greeting, and a Lunch Box Tin.  Blog Widget by LinkWithinTo adhere the Designer papers to the tin I used Tombo Multi-purpose Adhesive.  It's fantastic and because it takes a few moments to dry it gives you the opportunity to make sure that the paper is positioned exactly where you want it.

Just for You Valentine Tin

For punches I used the new Scallop Trim Punch and the Heart to Heart Punch to create the "Heart Tree".  The little birds in the tree were stamped and sponged, with a little white dot for their eyes using our Uni-ball White gel pen.  The greeting was created and then punched out with the small oval punch, then layered on the large oval of Regal Rose and a Scalloped Oval of Rose Red.

Just to finish it off I tied a piece of our gorgeous organza white ribbon around the tin.  The question now is what should I put in the tin?  Leave a comment and let me know your ideas!  Everyone who leaves a comment will get a little surprise delivered to your email address.

I received the inspirtation for this project on an online class that I attended on Andrea Walford's Sunny Stampin' Classroom.  It's a very fun time!  Be sure to check it out!

On Friday, December 11-09 from 7-10pm I am hosting my first annual cookie exchange. To participate each person must come armed with 3 dozen of their favorite Christmas cookie or goodie recipe done up in packages of 6. 5 of your packages will be exchanged and the 1 package will be shared with the group for some delicious snacks for the evening. Each participant will make 5 beautifully decorated gift bags to take home their cookies in. The cost of this class will be $25. Guaranteed to be fun and tasty. I'll provide the Christmas music and the Hot Apple Cider.

The bags we are creating are so unique and beautiful. We will be taken vintage Christmas images that I printed on My DIgital Studio and using them as the focal point on the bags. Of course we will be adding lots of glitter, embellishments and ribbon to really dress them up. I think you will agree tha the results are fabulous.
