LATE NIGHT STAMPERS CHALLENGE # 69

 This week's challenge is suppose to include PEARLS & SWIRLS.  Normally when I think if this design my mind goes immediately to a very elegant and baroque type of design.  Today I must have really been out of my element because my card is much more whimsical than my normal style!

Embellishments: Pearls, Rich Razzleberry Polka-Dot Grosgrain Ribbon

Tools: Big Shot, Fancy Favor Die Cut

Stamp Set: Sweet Scoops from the New Summer Mini
